If you have a special occasion coming up such as a big birthday, anniversary or wedding then i can definitely help you with that! I work with fresh flowers, artificial flowers or embellishments to make your cake look sophisticated, stylish, feminine, masculine or sparkly! I make sugar paste flowers such as roses or peonies and can add a personalised cake topper to finish the look! Most of my fondant cakes I finish with a ribbon and I always add a ribbon to a fondant covered cake drum unless the board is too big. Buttercream cakes are usually put onto an uncovered board.

I cover my wedding cakes in yummy chocolate ganache before covering in fondant to make them look professional and taste great.
